  Enjoyed with dessert as part of a set Valentine's Day menu at Ellerbe Fine Foods in Fort Worth TX. Poured almost black and was enjoyed with a light chocolate cake with buttercream and raspberry. This was a dark, dark sherry. The wine was THICK from the very start. And rather sweet. Went very well with dessert, which wasn't nearly as sweet as the sherry. Lots of sweet toffee and roasted dark coffee dominate this with a thick, glycerine backbone. Darker and sweeter than expected for sure, and I'm rather certain that this one will hold for many more years to come.
