  Light to medium ruby, dusty ripe cherry nose. Lightly dry, medium fruit, some bitter tannins on the PnP. Medium fruit, cherries, sooth mouthfeel, tart tannins on the finish. I will let it breathe for a night. While the fruit is not too heavy, I prefer a little more acid to fruit balance. Night two; lilac nose, very nice balance of acid and fruit, some floral elements that are very nice when not too heavy, good body and smooth mouthfeel, soft tannins on the finish. Super with some spicy salami and crackers.

  Nose: raspberry, strawberry, dry cranberry. Pleasant fruity nose. Pine nuts, sour Twizzlers candy, fruit yogurt. Taste: Medium body, strong cherry, slight creamy undertone. Smooth. Green leafy notes. Finish fades away with wooden box. Full buttery mouthfeel with warm spices. Faint cinnamon. Dry cranberry. Non-offensive, easy drinking. Good with cheese.

  I opened a bottle with Salmon tonight. I must confess this bottle does not disappoint. The wine demonstrates a nice ruby red color. Nice balance of cherry and black pepper with a medium body. Overall seems well balanced with good structure. Very good Pinot for the price point. I will be buying more for my collection.

  Wine softened nicely after about an hour. Good, clear purplish red color; medium bodied. Strong aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and smoke. Flavors are the same but just a touch understated, particularly as compared to the expectation established by the nose. Pretty well balanced, if possibly just a bit light on the acids. Medium length finish. This was a crowd pleaser for a group of eight tasting a variety of Pinot's tonight.
