  This starts with a dark fruit nose. The first taste, despite being decanted for an hour, was bitter, but it quickly improved. (first sip syndrome?). There is lots of sweet dark fruit flavors along with earth and leather and a little spice. Our score started lower but after dinner and more time this is continuing to improve.
