Some notes of strawberry and blueberry and cedar. I quite like the nose, but in flavors are kind of boring. Medium body with balanced acidity. It's a table wine and went well with red sauce.

Syrah has to be the red wine world’s most malleable grape. It’s always syrah, but seems to show a cool little regional accent no matter where it’s grown. Here it’s but a minor part of the blend but adds a beautiful peppery note to the more austere, fresh leather and cherry notes of the sangiovese. Great all-around wine – not complicated; just so easy to drink. Drink now-2014. Food pairing: bavette and other grilled minute steaks, roasted white meats with herbs.

Notes of strawberry and cedar. Medium bodied and balanced acids make this a food friendly wine that goes great with red sauce.

Pretty good bottle. For the price, not that much better than $12.00 toscano's in my opinion.
