New Years Eve! Pale golden color with a pretty pinkish orange hue. Fresh hay and fresh baked bread aroma. Crisp, bone dry, excellent acid. Green apple and nectarine flavors. Very good condition for being 15 years old! Fairly short finish but a very pleasant bubbly.

Pale golden yellow color with yeast, red fruit, and apple aromas. On the palate, light-bodied, crisp, between dry and off-dry. Straight forward with somewhat large bubbles with cherry apple, and mineral flavors with just a touch of honey. Short-medium finish 65% Pinot Noir/35% Chard

Rather dark golden color. Apple and lemon nose. A bit more fruit on the palate, full body. Very dry, with coarse bubbles.
