  Sumptuous wine with expansive aromas and flavors. This is no ordinary Sauvignon Blanc -- it is really interesting and REALLY good! Crisp and bright, citrus and green apple, grass, and fresh herbs in the nose and mouth. It remained scrumptious through the bottle, and left us wanting more.

  A very heady sav blanc - perhaps the most interesting I've had. Upon first taste was very straight forward - almost a bit bland. Then the acidity built, and it began to really stand on it's own with a surprising backbone. The next day an almost buttery texture came out, perhaps a showcase of the different yeasts used in this blended sav. Again, very heady! Look forward to revisiting soon.
