Vibrant spice and raspberry scent. Relatively light body with currant, tobacco and mineral flavor, plenty of acidity and fine tannins.

Burgundy Festival (Milwaukee): ripe nose with sweet tannins
Light translucent ruby color. Fresh, ripe cherry, green tea and spice scent. The body is quite light with tea, red currant, mineral and spice flavors.
They really hit a home run this vintage. Especially if you can get it around $15.
Totally reasonable bottle of Burg rouge, simple but typical, decent body, does not disappoint.
