  Dark ruby color with mature, earthy aromas. The fruit has become somewhat muted and it drinks pretty big, but it is well-balanced. A good food wine -- enjoyed with grilled salmon -- but really faded after 90 minutes.

  this is really entering a great drinking window...curious if others seeing the same...worth popping a bottle but save a few for 2014-2019

  1-2 hour decant...deep ruby color with great clarity...very expressive nose of red fruits and cured ham wrapped in cedar with layers of spices and a chalky minerality...juicy red fruits but not too ripe and well-balanced acidity and soft tannins provide med/long finish...drinking better than earlier in the year

  gorgeous translucent ruby color....very expressive red fruit and sandalwood bouquet....fleshy, bold and a bit mineral/acidic with velvety tannins that creep up on you and add to the finish...could probably use another year or two
