  • The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like orange and grapefruit, honey, floral tones. It tastes like orange, cranberry, oak, vanilla, light toast and rubbery. Salmiakki. The body is light/medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.

  • Very pale, slightly yellow-orange color of seared salmon; the wine looks less a rosé wine and more like a sparkling wine that's poured into a glass which previously contained red wine. Elegant, but very restrained nose with rather linear aromas of raspberry-driven fruit, some brioche toastiness and a hint of yeasty French loaf. Crisp, light-bodied and acid-driven palate with vibrant flavors of citrus fruits, tart green apple, some cranberry and a hint of ripe raspberry. The wine is stylistically closer to white sparkling wines than rosé bubblies. The dosage (8 g/l) feels very balanced, just contributing a little to the ripeness of the fruit, without actually becoming noticeable. Small and creamy but persistent mousse. Medium-long, creamy, intense and even a bit robust finish with flavors of aromatic herbs, lemony citrus fruits, some stony minerality and a hint of cranberry.

Very nice, well-made and balanced rosé bubbly. The wine is definitely not heavy on the red fruits, as it stylistically a "taché" wine, "stained" - it is a white sparkling wine with the dosage from sweet red wine, contributing only to the very pale rosé color and very restrained red fruit character. Overall this is very tasty stuff - straightforward enough to be a nice everyday food wine, but stylish enough to be a wine to toast with even in more formal settings. Definitely a positive surprise. Shows good value at 15,89€.

  • An attractive light pink in the glass with a good bead. The nose has understated cherry and almonds flavours.

The palate works in two halves, on entry there are citrus fruits that then move towards red berries of which strawberry is the most abundant.

The finish has red berries and citrus with pleasing length. Overall the wine is very subtle and restrained
