  Straw yellow. Apricots, baked apples, orange, beeswax, and deep yellow fruits on the nose. Some volcanic rocks lurking in the background. Full bodied attack on the palate. Dry, rich and densly packed. I guess 09 is a bit hot, and the minerality is not showing through in the same way as 07 and 08. Ah! But that mouthfeel - to die for!
  Long finish with yellow fruits and some volcanic minerality. Decant for 1 hour or hold two more years in the cellar.
