  Lovely golden yellow color, nose of sweet ripe fruits like apricots and dried figs. Palate has honey and apricot with a flinty minerality as well. There is just a hint of oxidation but is not off-putting at all. Rich unctuous mouth feel and long fruity aftertaste. Surprising brightness in a backbone of nice acidity still remaining. Delicious!
