Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • 11:00 just open: a grilled chicken and herb smell to the nose. But in the nicest possible way of course. Soft and easy palate with plenty of fruit left. Quite enjoyable right from the get go. Interesting that a Pommard should be so soft. Maybe the tannins will creep up? Pleasureable! 1:00: A touch vegetal, sweet herbs, nice backbone, a touch meatiness. Certainly tasty.
