Alas, the last of 4 bottles. The oak has evolved into spice and sandalwood, the acid backbone is still crisp. Apple fruits with hazelnuts, medium finish, this was drinking great and went well with a salmon quiche.
Will look for more from this producer. Organic.

A great sumer selection from my friend Neil at JJ Buckley. Clean and crisp, balanced fruit, minerals, and acid. Outshines many at half the price ($20). Well worth it.
