Decent Paso syrah for $10, can't really go wrong. Palate and nose of dark fruit and hints of black licorice and cigar tobacco. 14.5% abr which blew off quickly.

Deep purple. Sweet, glycerin note on the initial nose, but as it opened up it showed typical blackberry and blueberry with coffee and spice. This was super spicy on the palate, and showed licorice, along with strawberry, blueberry, and stewed raspberry.

Nice with a cheap steak thrown under the broiler ... more complex than it needs to be for the price.

Great bottle for everyday drinking and for the price you can't go wrong. Nice rich fruit flavors - plum, cherry.

Nice, chewy wine, paired well with earthy foods.
