  • Appearance: clear medium gold
Nose: medium intensity; aromas of honey, white rose, wet wool, oyster shell, wet pebble, white peach, cooked apple, pastry, honeydew. It's fully developed.
Palate: dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, pronounced flavour intensity, nutiness and creaminess come through on the palate. The finish is long and persistent.
Overall, it's an outstanding wine. Drink now, not suitable for further ageing.
This is simply one of the top 3 Chardonnay I have ever had. Super complex notes on the nose with wonderful honey (thanks to bottle ageing) and stone characters (terroir). The acidity holds the wine together perfectly and make it still refreshing to drink. The flavour intensity is awesome with clear fruit, floral and tertiary notes. The finish keeps lingering and never fading. You can still taste it after 1 min. Absolute a beauty!
