From memory; open, complex nose of citrus, wet stone and hints of oak. Impressive mouth, still fresh with citrus fruit and minerals also on the palate. Complex and long finish. Does not disappoint. Paired well with the grilled halibut with beurre blanc.

Bottle 2 of 3. In an odd place right now, quite restrained, not in balance. As if the Vaudesir-opulence wasn't really in check. Will hold last bottle 2-3 yrs to see where it goes. NR

This tastes like honeysuckle, lemon, and apricot with a strong mineral component on the back end. Oak coats the palate without being overwhelming. Also, a crisp acidity. If I'm complaining, it lacked opulence. Maybe it would have been better to wait a few years? It certainly wasn't overripe or too old yet. I’d say it drank well now, but will probably develop in bottle and be even better.
The wine was an excellent match with Grouper with Mussel/Cream sauce. The creamy/briney sauce, briney mussels, and white fish were all a perfect match with the wine.
I really like Grand Cru Chablis and this wine was not disappointment. I would certainly buy more.

Aromas of citrus, butter, nuts, smoke and minerals. Developed, open and forward in the mouth.
