  A full bodied, oaked Soave with adequate acidity. Oak has integrated nicely and does in no way dominate. Can't really say why I'm not too excited about this, I guess I prefer my Soave unoaked...

  Dry, medium to fullbodied and slightly oily palate with balanced mid-level acidity. Ripe and concentrated - but by no means boisterous - fruit that marries well with the integrated oak. Long and pleasently refreshing finish showing some nutty aspects and minerality.
  A very nice balanced effort with Garganega putting on its classy act. (2nd day note)
