Christmas Winps (La Trompette, Chiswick): Pale/medium gold. Nose shows orangey fruit, ripe apple, some florals. Plenty of life here. Medium bodied, quite viscous, orangey fruit, spice, fresh acidity, decent length orangey finish. Not overly complex but complete, harmonious and a pleasure to drink.

Took about 45mins to open up. Golden In Colour, with a nice mouth feel, med+ body, with oak presence noticeable on the nose for sure [in a good way] the fruit was rich and ripe for a Burgundian. And that nice Burgundian Minerality. Long Finish just an excellent wine
Conc: Tasted so young, so youthful
