  This wine just continues to drink beautifully. Pale straw colour. Medium body, still with some minerality but much fuller and more complex than in its youth. Paired brilliantly with pan roast turbot. Just sad those were the last two bottles.

  This has developed beautifully over the years. The very dry flinty minerality of its youth has been replaced with far more depth of flavour. Nose of Granny Smith apples, pale to medium straw colour, apples and yeasty bread, broader minerality and lovely long finish.

  Best bottle of this so far. Paler color than previous ones, crunchy, saline minerality. Gran cru quality today. Spectacular with a lobster and crab chowder. 92+

  Rich amber color. The palate has tropical fruits and lychee, a touch of oxidation, and a rich mouthfeel.
