A very punchy cab franc with lots of oaky hues, this wine is one of the best cab francs I have had. A very dark ruby red color, the nose changes depending on what glass you have it in. I had it in both an XL glass and a standard stemless and the nose changed from deep plummy scent to more of a perfume.
I really like the wood on the palate of this wine. It's very strong and its aging very well.

Blackberries, herbs and a distinctive leafy quality is found in the aromatics. Soft in texture, medium bodied and forward, the wine ends with bright, red berries.

Inky opaque violet color with compelling dark fruits, violet, pencil lead, dark chocolate aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, and smooth with fine-grained well integrated tannins. It exhibits delicious cassis, plum, and dark chocolate flavors. Medium-long finish. 85% Cabernet Franc; 15% Merlot

Beautiful floral aroma expected from a well constructed Cab Franc. In this case it did not disappointing. Deep Purple/Violet color, gorgeous in the glass, pretty aroma wafting up. Long legs.......slow and deliberate. and nice impressive finish.

Medium bodied cab franc; nothing particularly special here. Workmanlike.
