  Clear, pale lemon colour with presence of tear. Clean medium intensity developing nose with notes of green apple, ripe stone fruit, ripe lime, minerality and hints of honey. It's off-dry in the mouth, with medium refreshing acidity, medium delicate alcohol, medium- body, medium+ intensity flavours of ripe lime, ripe stone fruit, blossom and green apple. Medium finish. Very good quality wine. Can drink now, but has potential for further ageing.
