The wine is more acidic than fruit filled but wow is that fruit still present. I like it and think that the wine has aged beautifully. At 14 years I think this wine is just beginning to resolve. Try some.

Alcohol still dominant but nose overall a little muted. Maybe past it’s prime. Still enjoyed after buying this way back on our first napa trip in 2012. Lots of sediment.

PNP - Great wine without a lot of effort. Medium bodied, well integrated, great fruit without being overly oaked or extracted. Dark fruit, tobacco, earth. Medium finish. Overall, nice wine, paired great with cheeses, prosciutto, and fresh pastas.

Bought this one at the winery 6 or 7 years ago and forgot it in the back of the cellar.Drank with about 30 mins in the decanter .
Beautiful deep ruby to almost purple color.
Evolving and pronounced nose of candied black fruit (cassis preserves?) , vanilla, baking spice and maybe some lead pencil- classic cabernet.
Full bodied with medium acidity and tannin. Lots of mouthfeel with similar flavor characteristics. The finish is medium plus.
Can't remember what I paid for this, but on today's market a cabernet of this quality would go for $150 on release and I paid a lot less than that.
Guests loved this wine. No clue how this will age so I would drink up.
PS- decanting a must as this threw off a heavy sediment.

Soft tannins. Good combination of red & black fruit through the mid. Easy drinking, fabulous finish.
