  What a monster of a wine!! Akin to off-dry vintage port and more full bodied than most Amarones this bad ass wine delivered! Wow! Yeasts had given up at 16,5% abv. and thus the wine had 7 grams of residual sugar, but somehow this retained an element of balance, that lured you in for another sip. Reminds me a bit of a slighlty rustic version of Bonneau's Cuvée Speciale. Extreme wine for sure but I loved the ride! Not for the faint of heart.
