bright acidity, notes of forest floor, herbal and tobacco with notes of dried raspberry ... and it is smooth and wonderful to drink, not sure I'd want to wait much longer to pull the cork but I leave that up to you.

Took about two hours to open. Has typical Cab Franc aromas of plums, flowers, spice and cedar from the oak. Medium bodied freshly fruited and elegant palate with cedar hints. Ends mediumish and balanced.

- Crimsom color with medium forming legs and aromas of bell pepper and oak. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of bell pepper, black pepper, oak and walnut with a medium body. Smooth texture.

12/20 * * ; LCBO: 12,95$ VISUEL: Rubis moyen OLFACTIF: Cela sent bien le cab. franc. Simple et terreux GUSTATIF: notes épicées et aussi un peu terreuses. Tanins souples. Fruité. ENSEMBLE: Un peu fadasse.....

This wine was bought during my wine tour in Beamsville
Intersingly enough I bought this bottel for $10 and it performed much better than all the wines I tasted during my trip there.
This Cab franc reminds me of a good quality generic burgundy. The nose was primarly strawberry, cherry and a touch of wood and sous bois. The palate mirror the nose.
Good wine !
