Know how "cardboard" is the kiss of death in a wine description? And, say, "cultivated cherry"? Well, what if I said they were awesome things? That the best way to describe this wine's minerality was by saying cardboard (even though it's so much more profound than that?) And that the cherry isn't 'cerise' or 'wild' like some many others have it, but pretty simple? This goddamned bottle of wine retails for $10 people!!!! It deserves to be in the Specatator Top 100 based on QPR!
