  Sur sa pente descendante, mais tout de même, au nez je perçoit une touche viandé, une corbeille de fruits noirs et une note mentholé. La bouche est belle et équilibré après 45 min. d'aération. Le lendemain il s'est avéré en parti oxydé.

  Toujours aussi généreux avec ce fruit éclatant et juteux! Un pur délice. Servi un poil trop chaud hier, mais fut quand même parfait avec le poulet grillé.

  Un mélange où la Syrah domine et ça se sent au nez. Très fruité sur le cassis, la mûre, la griotte sans nuances plus végétales de poivre ou d'olive.
  
  Quel vin magnifique! Ce qui frappe c'est la pureté du fruit. On a l'impression de croquer dans du raisin bien mûr et juteux. Alain Chabanon a eu le génie d'intervenir le moins possible pour conserver cette fraîcheur gourmande. Rarement a t'on l'occasion de boire un vin aussi authentique, sincère et sans détour. Une grande réussite!
  En plus d'être délicieux, il est issu de culture biologique et vendu à prix d'ami.
  Définitivement un domaine à suivre dans les prochaines années.
