I was looking for a bit more in this wine, given the semillon. What I found was a very easy-drinking wine, but not a lot to get excited about. Light citrus notes, primarily lemon, along with honey.

Consistent with an earlier bottle, this is a soft, easy drinking white with just enough fruit and mineral notes to be interesting as well as enjoyable. Very nice.

Soft and supple, with some nice subtle citrus notes and minerality. More restrained an elegant than you typically find in this part of the world, but more fruit than dry white bordeaux typically offers in this price range ($16). Long pleasant finish. Food friendly. Nice bottle.

Tasted with a white Bordeaux (Graves) - this one won hands down. Great wine for a great wine maker!
