  I do not usually write about bottles not owned by me
  but brought this home from vinetasters on 2/4 blind burgundy tasting
  My 8th place wine and the group's 10th out of 12
  sat on the counter corked for 2 days
  I am not very good at judging potential,because on retasting this is everything you could want in burgundy
  a soft gentle ethereal cherry with french earth backbone and long elegant length
  certainly better today than all the wines tasted 48 hrs ago
  so a super long decant or better yet let it sleep for 2-5 years

  Vinetasters: (mostly) 2010 Burgundy (Park Ridge, IL): Served double blind. Nice, expressive fruit on the nose and palate. Very similar to the previous few wines, again with sharp, high acidity, but more of a crisp minerality here. Feels a bit lean and angular right now, and perhaps time might be able to salvage this a bit? My 6th, group's 10th.

  Drukket uten notater, men smooth og deilig, med rik frukt og sødme og relativt lite lagringsaromaer. Deilig!
