What a tragedy this is the last bottle! This is a perfect example of how a wine can turn into something great and magnificent with time in the bottle. Like drinking liquid silk. As soon as it was opened, the nose of the bottle promised great things, and the taste did not disappoint. An absolutely magnificent bottle of wine.

Mollydooker Horizontal 2010 (Mersch offices, Giva't Coach): Exquisite. Complex nose with a lot of a lot: red and dark fruits, perfumed and earthy – "Old World" aromas. Full bodied, round and balanced. Nice acidity and a sweet finish

Kalleske Old Vines Granache - a vertical tasting (Mersch offices, Giva't Coach): Superb! Rich and complex. Ripe fruits, farm odors. Full bodied, round, no need to cellar it, it is excellent now!. The youngest vintage of the tasting and the best of all.

Beautifully smooth, probably the best Australian grenache I have tasted. Subtle fruit.
