  Except for the fact that the cork fell apart, hard to believe that this wine is 15 years old. Fresh, balanced, maybe just a hint of pine and mothballs, but other wise honey balanced by puckery lemon and orange. Phenomenal QPR from days gone by.

  Really good. Wish I had bought a case. A year ago I see I said "diminishing acidity," but that seems wrong tonight. Tart, flowery, balanced sweetness. Beautiful light honey color, lot of depth both visually and flavorfully. Sort of a miracle for a less that $14 a bottle over 12 years old.
