  • Oxidised. What a pity! The fruit is still there but would have been better.

  • Appearance: medium orange, with some golden colour, beautiful.
Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of walnut, oily feeling, brioche, orange peel, lifted floral notes. It’s developing.
Palate: dry, medium plus acidity, textural tannins, high alcohol, full body, medium plus flavour intensity, mandarin, stone fruits, brioche come through. The finish is long, very long.
It’s a very good wine. Can drink now, has potential for further ageing.
Such an impressive Pinot Grigio with skin contact. Certainly one of its own style. Beautifully made. Intense fruit and very long, lingering finish. Great balance between the tannins and its oily texture. There is still fresh fruits in it. A must have if you are into orange wine.

  • Wow. Onion skin! I had never seen that used for a wine color but it is spot on for this wine. Still vibrant, fruity, and rich. Delicious and well balanced.

    Bellissima scoperta.
