  • By the glass. Selection of El Corte Inglés. Coupage of
90% Pinot noir with 10% Chardonnay. Intense aromas of ripe fruit and hazelnuts. In the mouth it is very direct in terms of acidity and texture. Elegant but short finish. Much better this time. Perfect matching a Roscón de Reyes de Lazcano.

Por copas. Selección de El Corte Inglés. Ensamblaje de un
90% Pinot noir con un 10% de Chardonnay. Intensos aromas a fruta madura y a avellanas. En boca se muestra muy directo en cuanto a acidez y textura. Final elegante aunque corto. Mucho mejor esta vez.
Perfecto acompañamiento para un Roscón de Reyes de Lazcano.

  • Admittedly, the score is not really about how the wine is made, but more about the style of the producer. Extremely dry champagnes, very metallic but also with some sweetness in the oxydization. I find them very unbalanced to the point of being unpleasant. And this is not only for this entry level but also for the vintage version. Not my style.

  • It opens with an incredibly sweet nose - apple pie, autumn pears, brioche, almond, burnt sugar (like when an almond croissant is left in the oven for that moment too long...). It's more of the same on the palate with some nice apricot and almond notes. It maybe lacks a bit of complexity and length.

  • All in Good Time; 6/15/2022-6/17/2022 (Elche - España): Obvious, boring, bitter, little oxidative, open BC? Sommelier says it’s open right to me, and yet he smells it and makes an asshole look like saying, what a piece of shit. I don’t know how he dared to put such a concoction on my glass even though I warned him of my particular tastes.
