  • Cork broke into several pieces on opening. Rich and fruity aromas balanced with careful oak and fresh acidity - but in the aftertaste a huge amount of minerals with a saltyness that unfortunately was slightly disturbing. This and the cork thing brought down the mark a couple of steps. Good pairing otherwise with lamb shanks, couscous and almonds.
