  This wine is plump and spicy on the nose, showing a very purple fruit driven core. Notes of plums and mixed berries well up, combining with stone, vineyard dust, and a mix of bakery spices with a spin in the glass.
  
  Just as big and plump as the nose leads one to expect, this wine shows considerable depth, while still remaining reserved. This is a well structured wine with plenty of plum, berry, and floral flavors that are nicely countered by gripping, dusty tannins and a fresh acidity.
