Pale yellow color. Pear, honey and citrus (lime) on the nose. Thin, pleasant, decent balance. Not the sweetest dessert wine. Mid palette is a bit like a tart, tangy candy that smooths out a little bit in the finish. Some faint flavors of citrus candy and pastry. Would suggest serving with dessert rather than being dessert. Day 2: Still has the nice nose with pear and citrus. Flavors are more integrated and slightly more refined. Would have hoped for a smoother finish. Neutral on recommendation.

Tart, pineapple palate with some citrus. Paired nicely with apple empanadas.
