  Pale straw color. Nose: green melon, white fig, and white cherry fruit with accents of star anise, clove, hot cinnamon candy, and rose petals. Medium body on the palate: mixed melon, white fig, and white cherry fruit framed by star anise, clove, cinnamon, coconut, almond, and chamomile tea. Medium acidity. Lingering white cherry, spices, chamomile, almond, and white pepper on the moderate/long finish. Exotic, complex. A great match with duck or cured meats. Drink now.
