Big body, sweet, jammy, blue fruit, bright, balanced, dry. Tannins fully resolved. One last bottle remaining. Small, boutique, Spring Mountain winery sold and stopped producing for U.S. commercial market in 2014.

Delicious. Cedar when just opened. Forest floor and dark berries. A sweetness from fruit although dry. Dark ruby. No tannin. Still have two more bottles.

Getting a little long in the tooth, not much fruit left, coarse when initially opened but gradually smoothed out over the evening.

Stored appropriately, maybe should have consumed earlier. I like Spring mtn wines, this was just average.

John and Shawn, thank you for this wine and memories on top of Spring Mountain. This was our last 2007, it is has held up spectacularly.
