I Nonni Fall Tasting: Why would anyone pay over $40 for this wine? Not in the league of Champagne so why are they charging this much? Spice, apple and minerals. Short finish.

This is not your ordinary Italian sparkling wine. Very dry with a wonderfully subtle yeasty nose, with a wonderfully acidic backbone that is never cloying, and a floral nose. Absolutely fantastic!

Osteria I Nonni Fall Italian Tasting (I Nonni, St. Paul, MN): No detailed notes, rather earthy on the nose. Decent sparkler, but spendy.
