  Pruebas de Cocina (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Plenty of life, young in some aspects but rounded and ready.
  Crystal cherry colour, aromas of mineral of iron, flesh meat and coal. All in good harmony. On the palate it has a refreshing acicity, a very sauvory wine but very short after all. Well made Mercurey. No rush for the rest of the pack.
  
  Mucha vida por delante, joven en algunos aspectos pero redondeada y lista.
  Color cereza transparente, aromas de mineral de hierro, carne fresca y carbón. Todo en buena armonía. En el paladar tiene una acidez refrescante, un vino muy sabroso pero muy corto después de todo. Un Mercurey bien hecho. No hay prisa por el resto del paquete.

  Correct mais sans plus. Manque de corps, de structure. Plutôt simple.

  Pas super expressif au nez ni en bouche, mais un beau vin de soif, digeste, qui se boit tout seul. On a pas la complexité des appellations bourguignonnes plus prestigieuse, mais à ce prix c'est un très bon achat. Sera très bien cet été lorsqu'un vin plus léger est souhaité. Servir plutôt frais. Bon maintenant et pour 2, 3 ans encore.
