  Had my last bottle of this delicious Burgundy last evening. Wish I had more. This one was a real winner. Fresh and bright right to the end.

  Anita: slightly underripe melon notes, lemon tart, marly earthy Chassagne minerals; medium weight, showing very slight nuttiness; pnchy acidity, really good with Coho Salmon. At or near it's peak and will hold for a couple years.

  Fair, with slight oxidation, fresh and almost lean with a hit of vanilla-oak. Doesn't have the structure to support the age or the oak. Not bad, but just a bit hollow and a couple years from it's prime.

  Beautiful burgundy aging gracefully. If you have them I would be drinking them. Honey, lychee nuts, vanilla. Excellent balance.
