Evolution from last bottle two years ago. These are the wines Francois Chidaine made on the Poniatowski estate before completing the sale and renaming it under his name. Now getting wooly, more parrafin. Sugar subsuming and moving to distant background. Roasted pear. Getting old and tertiary, and into the window for those who like the Chenin old.

Holding up well and should keep going for a good while. Still holding on to some fruit, more citrus than tropical. Putting on heft. Consider giving it some more time to get more wool and wax.

Getting waxier. Pear, some apricot. More burnished. In a bit of an awkward phase; give a few years for this to get more interesting.
