  Incredibly young and fresh. Violets, raspberry, and sous bois. Silky, light bodied and with a wonderful finish’.

  A bit tight at first and took a good thirty minutes to open up. Lovely red fruit and sous bois, fresh acidity.

  (2010 Bruno Clair tasting with two reference wines)
  Medium-fullish nose with good depth and complexity. Black fruit, black cherry, gently oaky, with forest floor and pine cone aroma. But also gravel, curry and mushroom. Developed with maturing notes.
  Fullish, dense palate. Austere and tough. Hard tannins. Wet forest floor, licorice, mushroom and almost Barolo-like tar notes. Rustic and lacking a bit elegance for Vosne. Tart finish.
  Drink or hold 3-5 years.

  super super angular, which I like generally... almost had a 2007 palate profile... mellowed over the two days I drank this... good but not for $140 (incl. tax and shpmnt)
