  PnP. Poured into 2 375 mL bottles. Tasted an hour later and consumed the first half bottle with dinner. Tart and a little hollow in the mid palate. Tasty, but I was hoping for more. We'll try the second half bottle likely tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if it shows more or not.
