Black fruit, some green pepper and a tobacco or licorice type of dark spiciness on the nose. The palate was pure black and dark red fruits with a long fresh and balanced profile. This was surprisingly delicious.

Sunset Corners Tasting with Jerry (Miami, FL): Michael Bittel. Very light taste. Not much here. Cabernet Franc is usually used as one of the primary wines in Bordeaux blends. Drinking it alone reminds me why -- very light but very luxurious. You can see why this shouldn't be drunk alone, and also see how it can blend beautifully with Cabernet Sauvignon. (Jerry - just ok)
