  70% Chenin Blanc, 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie.
  Pronounced apricot and orange peel nose.
  Same in mouth, with a good acidity backbone to support the RS (52g/l)
  The finish has a decent length to it.
  Drank with spicy Thai food, worked very well.
