Consistent with earlier bottles. Tart red fruits with good acid. Drinking very well now and should last through the end of the decade or longer. Fantastic value.

On pop and pour I noted cranberries with a slightly bitter note, but after an hour, the bitterness dissipated completely and the palate was cranberries/rhubarb and forest floor. Medium weight, balanced, nice acidity. Shows the vintage as the fruit is clearly not quite as ripe as in more recent vintages. I like this quite a bit and very good QPR.
I don't see this wine falling off any time in the immediate future. 12.1% ABV.

Label torn and stained, cork pushed out 1/2 inch (not the winery's fault, purchased from a closeout site). That said, the wine was still good, though tired.

Nice pine needle nose. Medium bodied, cherry and moderate acidity on the palate.
A little clipped on the finish, but otherwise an outstanding bottle of pinot for the price. Very well balanced, lively on the palate. No noticeable heat. Very easy to drink. Missing the cherry cola that sometimes plagues CA pinots. Really enjoyed this.

Quie nice, especially on day 2. Red fruit with spice and excellent acidity. This is lean feeling, but the fruit is very much there at the same time. Very good with grilled carne asada.
