The colour in the glass is darker than you would expect for a Pinot Noir from Burgundy, yet really lively. At nose sweet of a mixture of red and black fruits - fresh raspberry, strawberry, cherry, on a background of black soft fruits confiture. Some spices and a clear toasted note, which evolves mainly in mocha. At palate round and balanced; not as fresh as I would have imagined for a young Burgundy like that. Very much enjoyable from now. Complex and long finish.
