Beautiful nose with flowers, strawberry, citrus peel, roses and spice. Elegant and expressive without the Domaine’s heavy oaking. Palate is pretty and airy. A rather feminine Malconsorts.

This really shows the vintage’s brightness and freshness. The nose is Chambolle like with roses and strawberries and the fruit is Crisp red berries, minerals. It’s lithe and precise, though there is a little oak in the finish. As with many 2010s I wonder about longevity as the fruit is not dense, but it’s pretty and savory

Gathering with Burgundy Lovers: Bottle aeration for 4 hours before serving next to the Barthod Cras, the aromatic profile even airier, high pitch and captivating. Loaded with lavender, roses and intense spiciness. This is a firm wine but completely buffered by the intense minerality throughout the palate that leaving a really clean, elegant mouthfeel with sweet inner perfume. Delineated and persistent. Very Long and refreshing. I especially like the textural richness and layers here, a delightful Malconsorts.

Not as perfumed and airy as the previous bottle I had. Dark fruit, minerals, herbs and oak spice. Dense and deep palate.

A Vosne-Romanée Night: Open and sexy nose, Asian spice; It is quite different in the mouth: smooth and easy, open fruit profile, fresh. Nose best.
