Ruby red colour. Nose of ripe red fruits and vanilla. This is very primary at this stage. Nice medium bodied mouth-feel, with fresh acidity and sweet tannins, again showing red fruit. This might have the fruit concentration and structure to age for a few more years before plateauing.

Great value. Where is this really from? Bottle indicates "California" for the AVA, but the CT entry indicates Central Valley.

Really liked it. It was a bit heavier like a syrah, with a stronger smell, but really smooth with no after taste
