  Bit astringent on the nose and palate, kitchen sink type blend seems a bit disconnected with nothing coming through, palate has faint notes of cacao, wood, earth, tart cherry and a hint of pomegranate.

  The blend of grapes here adds depth and makes this drink above its $11 price. The Tempranillo definitely dominates though, in a good way.
